Thank you all for a really comfortable stay for a night. The room was good sized with a view on the town, I felt comfortable there. The location was marvellous and lovely, for example, Ostuni Cathedral was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Liked that it was set not far from restaurants and things to see and historic Ostuni.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the location was really good for seeing the surrounding areas.
pillows a little lumpy, restaurant a little formal and atmosphere could have been so much better if the lighting had not been so bright.

Noise from the street can be bothersome, particularly if you're near the more active areas. The distance from local attractions requires trekking up steep hills, which isn't ideal for everyone and may not suit those with mobility challenges. The in-room amenities were inconsistently stocked, and the spa's accessibility issues left some fingers crossed for a more relaxing experience. Breakfast service had hiccups. Items ran low quickly, and it seemed like there were staffing shortages during peak times. The facilities here have some charm but could really do with updates and a bit more attention to guest needs.

Very comfortable and pleasant room. Staff efficient & friendly too. Coffee at breakfast not brilliant. For a nation which prides itself on excellent coffee, why oh why offer stewed coffee in a vacuum jug? Is it so difficult to provide freshly made espresso etc to clients?? Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed the splendid view of Ostuni from my room and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Staff were really good, helping with reservations and directions. Breakfast offered a great variety, both sweet and savory. The indoor spaces, particularly the breakfast room, were surprisingly beautiful. I faced some issues with the air conditioning. It was centrally controlled and could not maintain a comfortable temperature. The spa access felt exclusive, with a fee for usage, disappointing. My room, though tidy, was smaller than expected for a four-star hotel, and noise from the road was a constant distraction.

It's a brand new hotel as they said jit was opened just one year ago. Clean and comfortable. Staff is really friendly and helpfull. Location is the excellent to reach the historical center within 10 munites on foot.
The breakfast is not like 4 stars. I found the no brioche many time and just one type of it was available. The dishes of scramble eggs and hums were often empty.

The thing that stood out about this hotel was the staff at the reception. They were so friendly and eager to help. They went out of their way to help me organise a tour to a local cheese farm which is not something they normally organised, but they spent the whole afternoon ringing out different places for me. Such good service!

Let me break it down for you
A terrific hotel offering luxurious amenities and a fine breakfast room. The staff is friendly. Enjoy a short 10-minute walk to the historical center and relax in a spa that's impressively clean, complemented by a fantastic massage. Limited sunbathing options. Still, this stay was pure bliss!

The hotel has a great view of the old city across the street which is even more stunning at night. There is a ten-minute walk into old town which is where all the fabulous restaurants are. The room was simple, but clean, and had a nice bathroom. There was no view from our room except neighborhood backyards, but that was OK as the view was from the terrace...outstanding.
